Description

Providence is offering up to $21,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates and possible relocation who meet all the conditions for payment. This is in addition to the benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begins on your first day of employment.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Position

Full-time, day shift position is available. The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• New Mexico Physical Therapist License - New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only):
  Degree from an accredited program.
• 2 years of experience in rehabilitation.

Wage and Benefits Information:
Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be based on relevant experience and other factors. Base pay range may include additional compensation such as shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, and other incentives.
