Physical Therapy Assistant — Covenant Health

Join the team as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Covenant Health (Covenant Hobbs Hospital), located at 4900 N Lovington Hwy, Hobbs, NM. This is a full‑time, day shift, clinical support role in the Physical Therapy department.

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in the provision of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering treatment programs designed by and under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, monitoring patients’ progress and response to treatment, reporting deviations from the plan and goals to the Physical Therapist, and ensuring patient safety and quality care.

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license obtained upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association obtained upon hire.

• Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only):
  Degree from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation.
