Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably  will join a technically rigorous organization with a culture grounded in operational excellence, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement, where infrastructure reliability, safety, and execution quality are foundational to delivering cloud services worldwide.

As Director, Turbine Operations, you will lead all turbine generation operations supporting OCI’s energy resilience strategy. This role owns performance, compliance, and lifecycle optimization of turbine assets across sites.

• Direct operations, maintenance, and upgrade programs for all turbine facilities.
• Own relationships with OEMs, regulators, utilities, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Establish organization-wide standards for turbine operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Support deployment of new and emerging energy technologies and generation projects.
• Track performance, availability, and safety KPIs; drive continuous improvement.

• Senior leadership experience in power generation, turbine operations, or plant engineering.
• Strong technical background in controls, EHS, regulatory compliance, and asset optimization.

• Strategic leadership with credibility among regulators and technical teams.
• Ability to balance reliability, cost, and sustainability objectives.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 - $291,800 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
