RRC is seeking a talented Survey Crew Chief to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our New Hobbs, NM office. Essential Responsibilities

• Navigate to projects including driving long distances in a safe manner
• Work in inclement weather, when necessary
• Responsible for all equipment assigned
• Confirm the job is correct when you leave the field
• Be respectful to all clients
• Responsible for upholding company values
• Utilize Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
• Properly store files and send email (going to an office is not required on most jobs)

Job Requirements

• 2 + Years Experience as Party/Crew Chief in Oil and Gas including operating TSC3 and TSC7
• Available to work locally in Hobbs
• Background in Construction layout including building staking, parking staking, utilities staking, and Boundary search.
• Experience with Trimble S6/S5 series robotics.
• Experience with Trimble R8 and R10 units, level loops, and establishing benchmarks
• Ability to run OPUS Solution
• Calculations on Civil 3D program
