50 hours/week, potential for Saturdays and occasional Sundays (some weeks may be 40-60+ hours based on project needs)
Per Diem: $178/day

System One is currently seeking a
Solar Construction Supervisor on a 12 month contract position located in Hobbs, NM.

• Provide quality and safety oversight of EPC construction with a primary focus on mechanical inspections and some civil inspections, using ArcGIS for inspection capture and reporting.
• 300MW solar site
• Participate in internal huddles; conduct field walk-downs with EPC and inspectors.
• Complete inspection forms (iPad/phone) and upload to inspection platform; frequency varies (1-7+ per day depending on phase)
• Reports to the on-site Construction Manager; CM reports to Hiring leader
• Works closely with the Project Manager (budget owner), electrical inspectors/engineers, and mechanical/civil engineers.

• 7+ years mechanical/civil construction oversight (solar preferred). Open to 2-3 years with directly relevant field experience and an engineering degree.
• Hands on inspection experience; strong safety culture; collaborative communicator able to work across EPC/site teams.
• Experience with Mortenson or Blattner a plus.
