ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary
The Shipping Staging Coordinator is responsible for organizing and staging outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This position plays a critical role in coordinating pallets, verifying materials, generating documentation, and utilizing SAP to manage shipping processes. The role ensures adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Uses basic math to calculate material requirements.
- Create deliveries and prepare materials for outbound shipments using SAP.
- Use SAP for stock requirement list monitoring, creating and confirming warehouse tasks, project‑orientated procurement, network overview, material component overview, and more.
- Generate, review, and maintain shipping paperwork and labels.
- Find and move materials within pick handling units.
- Ensure all materials are packed into the correct handling units.
- Assign and organize pallets to the correct staging zones based on shipment schedules.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and confirmation accuracy before packing.
- Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet company standards.
- Employees are responsible for complying with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
- Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Forklift Certification.
- SAP experience required.

- MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand the English language and ability to perform basic math.

- Light work:
