1st Shift – start time between 5am or 7am – working 8‑10 hrs per day. Must work at least one weekend day per week. Flexible schedule required.
2nd Shift – starts between 4‑6pm – working 8‑10 hrs per day. Must work at least one weekend day per week. Will need to be available for training approximately two months.
Pay $24/hr.
What You’ll Do:- Monitor TV screens in the control room to track and manage warehouse processes.
- Plan and virtually oversee all warehouse activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time completion.
- Optimize product flow to maximize system capacity and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Track system downtime and implement improvement strategies.
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, conducting root cause analysis and partnering with technical teams for resolution.
- Develop best practices for automated warehouse operations.
- 1-year automated warehouse facility experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or help others resolve equipment and process issues.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi‑task various and conflicting responsibilities.
- May require ability to work in temperatures as low as
-20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear. - Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
