Quality, Environmental & Compliance Coordinator
Location:
Hitchin
Salary: 26 - 35K (DOE)
Hours:
Full-Time or Part-Time considered between the hours 7:00 - 16:30

We're looking for proactive individuals who are confident managing documentation, supporting audits, and working closely with workshop teams to maintain high standards across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and wider compliance activities. If that sounds like you, we'd love to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities as a Quality, Environmental & Compliance Coordinator:
Quality & ISO
Support ISO 9001/14001systems and documentation
Coordinate internal audits and assist with external audits
Track corrective actions and support continuous improvement Quality Assurance
Maintain QA records and inspection documentation
Support first article/final inspection paperwork
Record and follow up on non‑conformances Environmental & H&S
Maintain waste, recycling, and environmental records
Assist with risk assessments, method statements, and inductions
Support toolbox talks and compliance monitoring Operations & Admin
Maintain operational trackers and job records
Assist with estimating documents and job packs
Liaise with suppliers/customers on compliance documentation
Provide general administrative support
Key Skills Required as a Quality, Environmental & Compliance Coordinator:
Experience with ISO 90001, ISO 14001, QA or H&S is desirable
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Confident communicator, across all levels of the company (including engagement with the workshop)
Proactive and methodical approach
Ability to prioritise and be agile depending on demands
