To provide support within the Contracts Management team by assisting with the coordination, administration and delivery of construction projects. This entry‑level role is designed for a school/college leaver or early‑career individual with a genuine interest in construction management, offering a clear pathway into a Contracts Manager position.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Contracts Managers in overseeing day‑to‑day project delivery
- Liaise confidently with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Support with preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports
- Attend site meetings and contribute to effective communication between all stakeholders
- Develop knowledge of construction processes, contracts administration and project management systems
- Build strong working relationships across all levels – from bricklayers on site to senior staff and clients
- Enthusiasm to build a career in construction management
- Confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels – from site operatives to clients
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Full UK driving licence (or very close to obtaining)
