A rare chance for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes across the commercial, community, healthcare, hospitality, education, defence, and retail sectors.

• Based primarily in the office, with a couple of days per week on site

• Overseeing a £3.8m refurbishment NEC scheme in London

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:

• At least 5 years’ experience (non-house building)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Good IT and communication abilities
• Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• / Refurbishment / New Build / Construction / Hertfordshire
