Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
, nursing diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation - Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical standards
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes or emergencies
- Coordinate and document care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Support performance improvement, quality, and patient safety initiatives
- Participate in shared governance and professional nursing practice activities
- Complete required competencies, mandatory education, and professional development
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor when needed
- Support efficient and effective use of human and material resources
- Comply with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
- Must Have Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to deliver evidence-based nursing care
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and healthcare technology
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural/clinical environment
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm, decisive, and professional manner
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
- Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
- Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
- Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
