• Remove finished and semi-finished products from production areas and machines
• Identify, label, palletize, and move products to designated storage locations
• Organize inventory and storage areas for easy location and accurate stock control
• Pick products according to sales orders and stage them for shipping
• Perform basic packing, labeling, and palletizing of products
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, pallets, and shipments
• Support inventory control activities, including counting and reporting discrepancies
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (when authorized)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe handling of materials and equipment
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

• Pay: $40,000 per year
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to stand for long periods in steel-toe shoes
• Ability to read basic documents such as sales orders, picking lists, and labels
• Ability to work in a hands-on, physical industrial environment
• Attention to detail and basic organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Referral Bonuses: $40 after a referred Associate works 40 hours; additional $100 after 100 hours. No cap on referral earnings
• Retention Bonuses:
  Based on assignment
• Medical Coverage:
  Available after 60 days on assignment
• Weekly Pay:
  Via direct deposit or paycard
• Shift Differentials / Production Bonuses:
  Based on assignment
