Arcade Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager to oversee our high-volume, fast-paced entertainment facility. The ideal candidate is energetic, driven, with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent guest service skills.

The Arcade Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of our game room, which includes arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, bumper cars, and other attractions. Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing a retail-style prize center, analyzing game payouts, and training team members across various roles, all while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports; proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software is a plus.
