This is a full‑time accounting position with a hybrid work schedule, Monday‑Friday, either 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

As our AR/AP Specialist, you'll review and process invoices, manage payment runs, communicate with vendors, reconcile accounts, assign approval workflows, organize vendor documentation, and maintain financial accuracy across all AP functions. You'll dive into credit card statements, investigate discrepancies, generate reports, collaborate across departments, and keep processes running smoothly.

To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Quick Books Online experience
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, running payroll, and general ledger building is preferred.
