We are hiring a Material Handling Specialist for our client, a global leader in material handling solutions. This role is part of the Spares Department, which manages all spare parts orders and supports manufacturing operations.

About the Role
:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our client’s team, a global leader in material handling solutions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and supports budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and update quarterly forecasts based on performance.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including deposits, collections, and payment processing.
• Reconcile monthly sales reports, cash receipts, and affiliate-company payables.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules, including capitalization and disposals.
• Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements and internal controls.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 4 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• AR & AP experience, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers, regulatory agencies, and management.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Manufacturing Costing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong mathematical skills (decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).
