Sales Associate & Jewelry Stylist

Overview

Hingham Jewelers is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate & Jewelry Stylist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working directly with clients, has an eye for style, and enjoys guiding customers through meaningful jewelry purchases—from everyday fine jewelry to one-of-a-kind custom pieces.

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store experience for every client
• Sell fine jewelry with confidence and integrity, building long-term customer relationships
• Style clients by helping them select pieces that complement their wardrobe, lifestyle, and personal aesthetic
• Assist with custom jewelry projects, including design consultations, communication with clients, and project tracking from start to finish
• Manage customer follow-ups via email, text, and phone to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using tools such as Google Docs and email
• Support daily showroom operations and uphold brand standards

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in a customer-facing sales role
• Interest in fine jewelry, fashion, and styling (previous jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple custom projects at once
• Proficient with standard technology, including email, text messaging, Google Docs, and basic digital tools
• Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service

• Salary range: $42,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
• Bonus opportunities available (not included in base salary range)
