Lead store staff and supervise the crew when no manager is onsite to ensure smooth operations.;
Assign, direct, and follow up on all activities and communicate information between store management and crews.;
Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with questions and complaints, and maintain confidentiality.;
Merchandise/presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and reset departments following planograms.;
Be flexible with schedules, including early mornings, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed.
