The Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick‑start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands‑on with their department for 10‑weeks and receive professional development opportunities, including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, and a collaborative team project.
OnlineMarketing Intern – Talbots
The Online Marketing Intern will work directly with the Performance Marketing team to help with email marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and consumer insights.
Internship Details- Shadow the performance marketing team through strategy development for digital channels including email and paid marketing (Search, Social, Affiliate, Display)
- Perform in‑depth competitive analyses to support marketing recommendations across both email and paid channels
- Support the team on developing performance reporting to prove digital marketing efforts
- Attend marketing and cross‑functional team meetings to experience and participate in marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution
- Compile research around industry trends relating to fashion/retail, marketing, and influencers
- Assist the consumer insights team in customer research and reporting
- Authentic, curious and passionate
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program, preferably Marketing oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communicator (both verbal and written)
- Detail‑oriented and entrepreneurial
- Able to think strategically, conceptually and creatively
- Interested in fashion, retail, and/or marketing
The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr this internship position will be based out of our Talbots office in Hingham, MA. Knit Well Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations; students must secure and finance housing independently.
