Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation (Plaintiff-Side) —

Hingham, MA. Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote (Must be licensed in Massachusetts).

The Opportunity:

A well-established litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing civil litigation team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient litigator looking for meaningful responsibility, flexibility, and strong earning potential in a predominantly plaintiff-side practice

• Plaintiff-side Personal Injury
• Commercial Litigation
• Construction Litigation
• Employment Litigation
• Trust & Estate Litigation

• Independently manage a civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients
• Contribute to business development and client origination efforts

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active Massachusetts bar license (required)
• Ability to manage files largely independently
• Strong litigation, advocacy, and client-facing skills
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred, but not required

• Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience, bonus opportunities as well
• Minimal billable requirements
