Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hingham, MA, for a Senior Travel Advisor. The Senior Travel Advisor will manage end-to-end luxury travel arrangements, consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning and booking process.

Key responsibilities include crafting detailed custom itineraries, coordinating all aspects of luxury travel (air, hotel, transfers, experiences), maintaining strong relationships with preferred partners and vendors, and ensuring seamless communication with clients from planning through travel completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to design bespoke luxury travel itineraries
  • Manage multiple bookings and complex travel arrangements simultaneously
  • Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and luxury suppliers
  • Provide proactive communication and white-glove service to clients
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Qualifications
  • Proven strength in customer service and ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings
  • Background in the travel agency industry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for luxury travel and delivering elevated client

    ROME experiences
  • Proficiency with travel booking systems; SABRE experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
  • Background check required
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Full-time, salaried position
