We are seeking a talented, sales‑oriented, Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant who is passionate about the beauty industry and believes কর্তু the customer experience should be top‑notch. CVS customers will experience your passion for πολλές beauty as you share the latest trends and techniques through beauty services and sales. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end customer experience in Beauty & Personal Care and will provide various paid beauty services and personalized product advice.

Customer Sales Experience
  • Seek out customers to ensure they have a world‑class beauty advisor experience.
  • Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, productive upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Steer the conversation to stimulate new thought processes and use verbal skills to generate sales.
  • Be the brand expert by answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largesthiren baskets possible.
  • Engage all customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs, invite them to in‑store events, and explain current promotions to close the sale of products and services 久.
Performing Services
  • Represent both CVS and partner brands when interacting with customers and uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants are required to provide ear‑piercing services in all stores and perform all other applicable services offered where they work.
  • scrape pass proficiency assessments before performing services in store.
  • Educate beauty customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting product features and benefits to help drive purchase conversion.
  • Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services and walk‑in clients.
  • Display an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license during all working hours in all locations as mandated by the state.
Operational
  • Create and maintain product displays and display special promotional materials in support of key brands, corporate and local advertising efforts.
  • Participate in and represent CVS at sales programs and/or events.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, well‑merchandised zone that meets hygiene standards for a positive shopping and service experience.
  • Ensure that all CVS sanitation and hazardous waste disposal policies are executed timely and in compliance.
  • Complete ongoing sales, brand, and paid service execution training on time with CVS and service partners.
  • Maintain a professional colleague appearance in compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Be our customer’s Beauty Expert by staying plugged in to the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Required Qualifications
  • Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetic hup license in the state where the candidate will be working.
  • Maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetic license at all times in the state of employment and display during work hours.
  • Perform ear‑piercing services and other required services where licensed.
  • Pass all required skills assessments and training courses to execute paid services.
  • Use sales data with product and brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Goal‑driven ability to multitask.
  • Work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team, handling multiple priorities.
