The Client Relationship Associate supports and manages client relationships with a strong focus on service, accuracy, and responsiveness. This role partners with internal teams and external clients to deliver regulatory reporting solutions on time and to specification. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and client-focused, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary client contact, managing regulatory reporting projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate and deliver mutual fund and ETF regulatory documents in compliance with client and SEC timelines.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, track progress, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree with 3‑5 years of client services experience in financial services.
- Hands‑on experience with mutual fund/ETF regulatory document composition and filings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
