With teams across New England, the greater DC area, New York, and Florida—and the ability to serve clients nationwide—Catamount supports small businesses and blue‑collar employers through practical, hands‑on benefit enrollment backed by dedicated enrollment, billing, and service teams.

About the Role

We are hiring a full‑time,
Hybrid Benefits Consultant based in New England. This is a sales‑driven, consultative role designed for entry‑to–mid‑level professionals who are motivated, coachable, and committed to long‑term growth.

This role requires effort, consistency, and accountability. In return, it offers structured training, real‑world experience, and the opportunity to grow into managing your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with employers and employees on supplemental and voluntary benefit solutions
  • Conduct enrollment meetings and one‑on‑one benefit consultations
  • Partner with brokers and employer groups to design effective benefit offerings
  • Provide post‑enrollment support related to claims, billing, and benefit administration
  • Build long‑term relationships within local businesses and your community
