You're born to be the boss. You set everything in motion, leading your team, and ensuring all operations run smoothly. Domino's Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers to step up and take charge, bringing judgement, math skills, and multitasking ability to the role.

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Perform all the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone).
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

We can teach you how to answer the phone and make a perfect pizza. The following skills will help you succeed as an Assistant Manager.

• Experience leading a team; manage 3–30 people, motivating and directing them to meet store goals.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. You must have a reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid driver’s license.
• High personal standards: punctual, professional, and setting a positive example for the team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays—our stores are open 365 days a week.
• Minimum 18 years old.
