Summary
This position is located at Marne Lanes Bowling Center, Fort Stewart, GA. It is a Regular Full‑Time position with a minimum work week of 40 hours and eligible for benefits.

Eligibility
Open to U.S. Citizens, Nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. and U.S. Citizens and Non‑U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Duties
- Manages a bowling or family‑entertainment bowling facility; formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit‑generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Oversees the operations of supplementary departments and recreational activities, i.e., pro shop, snack bar, billiards, catering services, bingo, recreation machines, internet services, video gaming.
- Prepares financial and operational briefings as required.
- Monitors procurement of all supplies, equipment, and retail items for the activity and represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies.
- Formulates additional instructions and directives to maintain profitability as the customer base fluctuates.
Conditions of Employment

- A one‑year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre‑employment checks in accordance with AR 215‑3, para.
2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. - The ability to obtain (within the first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification through an accredited agency is required (e.g., Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certification Program).
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less) and clearly demonstrate the applicant’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities pertaining to this position.
- Minimum of three years experience in bowling center management.
- A two‑year associate’s degree in a business‑related field may substitute for one year of experience.
- A four‑year bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field may substitute for two years of experience.
- If using education as a substitute for experience, you must upload transcripts at the time of application.
