- Provide Tier 1 technical support for all users.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of IT support.
- Maintain users in our various software applications.
- Share Tec, DDS, Virtual Branch, KnowBe4, Mitel, etc.
- Manage IT and Telecom inventory for Admin and Branches.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets, websites, and applications
- Perform other IT/IS duties as assigned by management.
- More responsibilities may be added as proficiency increases
