Warehouse Operative Mornings | Hinkley | £12.21 £ 15.01 per hour | Ongoing Work

We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our well-established parcel distribution client based in Hinkley. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing night shift work with long-term potential and excellent pay progression.

• Picking parcels off conveyor systems using handheld scanners
• Sorting parcels accurately for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets

• Start Time: 03:00am – 07:00am
• Days:
  Monday to Friday (weekend work available during peak periods)
• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour to start
• £15.01 after 12 weeks (PAYE)
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Inductions last 23 hours and are unpaid unless you complete the full shift that same night

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Experience using handheld scanners preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Safety boots and hi-vis required
