** Shipping Team Leader**, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team on the afternoon shift, making sure machines are loaded safely and sent out on time. You’ll support day‑to‑day operations in the shipping area, help with container loading and make sure all paperwork and system updates are done correctly. You’ll work closely with the Afternoon Shipping Manager and make sure your team works safely, follows the correct processes and meets daily targets.

As a

** Equipment Operation

Skills:

** Able to safely operate prime product equipment (Backhoe Loader, Compact Wheel Loader, Telehandler) or be willing to train to this level.
** System

Skills:

** Able to navigate systems like Glovia or Corporate Machine Order Processing System (CMOPS) to complete transactions and keep accurate records.
