A recruitment agency is seeking a Moulding Operative in Hinckley for a temp to perm role. The position involves compression moulding of aerospace rubber components and requires previous machine operating experience. You should be comfortable in hot environments and possess a positive, hardworking attitude. The hourly rate starts at £12.21 with accrued holiday up to 28 days per year. Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 06:30, with shorter hours on Fridays.
