Warehouse Supervisor

DP World is recruiting an Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced logistics site in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven supervisor to lead teams, drive operational performance, and play a key role in delivering world-class supply chain solutions.

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: Monday-Friday 12:00 - 20:30
Week 2: Monday-Friday 14:00-22:30
Week 3: Monday-Friday 16:00 - 00:30
Sunday working: shared with other supervisors

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are achieved. You will drive operational performance through KPIs.

You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while continuously improving processes and customer outcomes, Leading all Health, Safety & Environmental activities on shift, including incident investigation and corrective actions
