Based out of our Desford site, also covering our key account Caterpillar across regions where required.

We are looking for someone who puts the client and candidate experience first. You will be the face of Randstad, ensuring a world-class service is delivered at all times.
Responsibilities- Building Partnerships:
Creating and nurturing strong, customer‑focused relationships with the client at all levels to ensure long‑term partnership success. - Recruitment:
Screening suitable candidates and conducting onsite interviews. - Team Support:
Supporting, mentoring, and skill‑sharing with all team members, including induction support for temporary staff. - Compliance:
Adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs while effectively managing multiple roles. - HR Support:
Handling ad‑hoc payroll support and ER/HR queries. - Workforce Management:
Supporting workforce and performance management.
Your exceptional communication skills and ability to quickly adapt are key to success in this mobile role.
To Be Successful, You Will Have- Relationship Expertise:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Adaptability & Flexibility: A highly adaptable and flexible working style, able to quickly adjust and prioritise tasks at short notice to meet the needs of different clients and sites.
- Experience:
The ability to demonstrate supervisory or team‑leading experience. - Resilience:
The ability to work and thrive under pressure. - Recruitment Knowledge (Desirable):
An understanding of volume recruitment management would be a strong advantage.
