We are looking for professional, hard‑working graduates with strong communication, high levels of computer literacy, strong organisational ability and a desire to make a difference to people's lives. The 6‑month full‑time graduate scheme will provide extensive training and development throughout, before you move into a full‑time Wellbeing Counsellor role.

• Minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling and a minimum of 100 counselling hours
• Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

• BACP (or equivalent) membership and accreditation paid for
• BACP CBD Hub
• Up to £60 per month for supervision
• In‑house supervision
