You are part of a highly focused team of Engineers and Technicians within the Manufacturing Engineering department whose work leads the implementation of the latest manufacturing technologies and introducing the latest machines. With multimillion valuing projects you will lead and work cross-functionally within our organisation to ensure the smooth introduction of our world class products.

* What You Will Do:

** As
** Manufacturing Engineer**, your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Proactively identify business opportunities, assess overall impact and justify to senior stakeholders for capital investment.
* Project management – Full scope, development, budgets, resources and management of NPI or Improvement projects (Technology/Efficiency/Quality) from initiation to production and program completion.
* Facilitate the development of manufacturing process solutions work with functional teams, using a range of tool e.g. process flows, PFMEA’s, control plans. Promote lean and quality as a focus within the business.
* Monitor and report on project health, including issue management to ensure People, Quality, Velocity and Cost targets are achieved.
* Developing equipment specifications and installation requirements and ensuring that the equipment is safe and meets the needs of manufacturing.
* Working with facility teams to establishing the correct suppliers and managing timelines to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
* Coach and mentor to others in application of process and procedures supporting standardised workflows
* Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive DFM and best manufacturing practices.

Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.
