As a multi award winning family owned and run business, TMS Motor Group continues to grow, and we’re looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face at our Volvo dealership in Leicester. If you love helping people and creating a great first impression, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Greet customers and ensure they’re introduced to the right member of the team
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries
  • Keep customer areas clean, tidy and well-presented
  • Provide refreshments and ensure every visitor feels valued
  • Carry out general administrative tasks to support daily dealership operations
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in a reception or customer service role
  • Warm, confident communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
  • Great attention to detail and a professional approach
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00– 13:00
