Een zorgorganisatie in Hilversum is op zoek naar een persoonlijk begeleider voor maatschappelijke opvang. Je ondersteunt cliënten naar meer stabiliteit en zelfredzaamheid in een hecht team. De rol omvat zorgcoördinatie, rapportages en een bijdrage aan de leefsfeer. Je hebt een relevante HBO-opleiding en kennis van psychiatrie. Dit is een functie waarin je iedere dag het verschil maakt, met een salaris tussen €3.088,- en €4.149,- op basis van 36 uur.
