Een organisatie in de jeugdzorg is op zoek naar een jeugdzorgwerker voor de In Verbinding Groep  in Hilversum. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van jongeren van 12 tot 18 jaar die tijdelijk uit huis zijn geplaatst. Je werkt samenwerken met ouders en netwerk om de situatie van jongeren te verbeteren en hun terugkeer naar huis te bewerkstelligen.

Een relevante hbo-opleiding en ervaring in de jeugdzorg zijn vereist. De functie biedt een jaarcontract en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
