Een groeiend bedrijf in de wijnsector zoekt een HR Business Partner die het managementteam ondersteunt in HR-strategieën en personeelsbeleid. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor recruitment, verzuimbegeleiding en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Met 5-7 jaar ervaring in een commerciële omgeving kun je zowel strategisch als operationeel werken. Het salaris ligt tussen de €4.500 en €6.000 bruto per maand, aangevuld met vakantie- en eindejaarsuitkering.
