Retail Pricing Specialist- Apparel

Position: Retail Pricing Specialist- Apparel - 9+ months
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Operations Specialist to join a dynamic, fast-paced Direct Operations team. In this role, you'll ensure consumers are charged the correct prices across all direct-to-consumer channels by managing pricing, promotions, and markdown operations at a global apparel brand in Hilversum

What You'll Do

Support seasonal and ongoing pricing projects across store channels.

Ensure accurate setup and flow of pricing, markdowns, and promotions in internal systems.

Own pricing execution and validation within the operations squad.

Troubleshoot and resolve daily pricing issues while identifying long-term improvements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams during high-impact issue resolution.

Improve processes, tools, dashboards, and support new system capabilities.

Maintain pricing calendars, documentation, and project trackers.

Who You'll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Retail, Merchandising, Planning, and Technology teams across regions.

What You Bring

Strong numerical skills and advanced Excel ability.

Excellent English communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Airtable is a plus).

Comfortable working independently and managing ad-hoc requests.

Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a passion for retail, e‑commerce, or sport.

Strong operational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
