Je ondersteunt cliënten bij aanmeld- en plaatsingsprocessen, beheert wachtlijsten, en onderhoudt contact met verwijzers. Je werkt nauw samen met behandelaren en bent verantwoordelijk voor administratieve taken. De functie vereist een zorginhoudelijke achtergrond op hbo-niveau en goede digitale vaardigheden. Bij ons krijg je een contract voor onbepaalde tijd, een bruto salaris tussen €3.180 en €4.273 en uitgebreide ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
