Short-Term Rental management company seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

• Completedaily and weekly maintenance tasksacross multiple short-term rental properties
• Respond promptly tosame-day service calls and guest maintenance requests
• Performbasic repairs and preventative maintenance(plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry, HVAC checks, appliance troubleshooting, etc.)
• Conductproperty inspectionsto identify maintenance needs and ensure homes meet company standards
• Replenish and managemaintenance supplies and inventory
• Assist the Maintenance Coordinator, Owner Relations Managers, and Operations Teamwith ongoing projects and tasks
• Maintainorganized records and notesfrom property visits
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams regarding work status and issues

• Ability to prioritize tasksand work independently

• Dependable, punctual, and able toreport to work on schedule
• Comfortable working in afast-paced, on-call style environment
• Weekend availability is required
