• Field inquiries for individuals interested in improving health through Hilton Head Health’s weight loss and wellness programs.
• Lead generation and nurturing for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Handle the customer relationship from inquiry through booking and follow-up post stay to foster return visits.
• Perform simple rate calculations, uphold policies such as change/cancellation of reservations.
• Enter data into CMS and PMS systems;
  Hub Spot/Zoho and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Daily sales of reservation bookings as a main revenue segment and reach target sales goals.

• High School diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales position within the hospitality field preferred.
• Strong listening, communication, empathy, and encouragement skills.
• Proficiency with data entry into CMS and PMS systems.

  Hours:
  
  9am - 6pm.
• Participate in rotation for remote on-call responsibilities for nights/weekends.

Base Salary + Monthly/Quarterly incentives. $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
