Account Manager

Commercial Services Group (CSG) is a dynamic and fast-growing division of Ace Hardware of Hilton Head. CSG sells directly to commercial businesses on Hilton Head Island; note this is not a retail position.

• Full Time or Part Time Position
• Monday-Friday – weekends off
• Maintain outstanding customer service
• Generate sales
• Source and maintain product
• Basic computer knowledge
• Hardware knowledge is a plus

• Establishing relationships and working with customers
• A commitment of excellent service and customer satisfaction
• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills, organizational ability, high attention to detail.
• Education/Training:
  High School degree, some college preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware related products along with a willingness to learn.
• Skills/Knowledge:
  Knowledge of retail computer systems, Word, Excel, and Google search
• Valid Driver’s License

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise as needed
