Key Qualifications- Proven ability to drive amazing Guest experiences in a team environment.
- Experience with effectively managing multiple commitments to Guests and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
- Proven track record of sales revenue growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory control.
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement marketing strategies to boost store visibility and sales.
Base pay for a Mountain High Outfitters Store Manager is determined in part by experience and skill level, as well as individual Shop performance. The average base range is $55,000 - $62,500, and Store Managers are eligible for bonus pay that ranges between $1,000 and $5,000 per year. This is a salaried position and requires a work schedule of between 44 – 48 hours per week, depending upon Shop needs and season.
Store Managers also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, Paid Time Off and a range of discounted merchandise.
