Job Title: Busser / Food Runner

The Busser / Food Runner supports seamless dining operations by maintaining clean and organized dining areas and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of food to guests. This role works closely with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to enhance service flow and deliver a polished, welcoming guest experience. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain dining room flow and presentation standards.
- Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or accompaniments, and supporting guest needs as directed.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to support smooth service operations.
- Follow all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and use hands and arms for service-related tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after completion of 60 days).
