Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent Assistant Manager located in Hilton Head Island, SC. The Leasing Agent Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the property, including managing tenant relations, overseeing leasing activities, ensuring property maintenance is completed, and supporting the property management team. Responsibilities also include conducting property tours, signing lease agreements, coordinating move-ins, addressing tenant concerns, and supporting the team in achieving occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in tenant relations, customer service, and resolving tenant concerns.
• Experience with lease agreements, property tours, and leasing activities.
• Knowledge of property management principles and property maintenance coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment.
• Experience with property management software and financial reporting is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, property management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in property management or leasing is highly desirable.
