Be Part of Something New in Bluffton! Novant Health is expanding! We are seeking Charge RNs for our brand-new, 11-bed Freestanding Emergency Department opening this May in Bluffton, SC. We are looking for dedicated healthcare professionals to help us expand access to world-class emergency care in the heart of the Low country.

Float requirement:
Staff will float between the Bluffton Freestanding ED and Novant Health Hilton Head Medical Center

Shift: Days (7am-7pm) and Night (7pm-7am) shifts available

Status:
Full Time - Weekend and holiday rotation required

The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death. The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey.

The Registered Nurse accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

• Education:
  
  4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience:
  
  One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
