Schedule:

4 / 10 HR shifts (7:00 am-5:30 pm) on weekdays, plus call rotation on nights & weekends. This RN position requires working in three acute and three ASC facilities within a defined market (Greater Charlotte, Greater Winston Salem, or split market).

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.
• Serve as the RN in the surgical services float pool (Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Pre‑Op/Phase II, PACU).
• Use best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients navigating their health journey.
• Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

• Education
  : 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2‑year Associate’s ราคん required;
  Graduate of an accredited nursing Wells SC required.
• Experience
  : 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
• Licensure/Certification
  :
  Current RN license in the applicable state; advanced certifications as required per facility; specialty certification preferred.
