Job PurposeTo grow and develop fresh Talent in line with our organizational requirements by providing hands‑on training, mentoring and skill‑building. The role aims to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals who understand GMP, regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process- Education Required:
- 10th Standard:
Minimum 75% - B.Pharm / B.E /
B.Tech /
B.Sc / M. Pharma / M.S.C:
Minimum 60%

- Skills Required:
- Strong documentation and observation skills
- Ability to work in a team and learn on the job
- Good communication and computer skills
- Online Assessment Test:
Candidates will be required to qualify through an aptitude and technical assessment as part of the selection process. - Personal Interview with respective HOD.
- Additionally, selected candidates upon joining will be required to sign a two‑year service agreement and submit a refundable security cheque of Rs. 50,000. This cheque will be encashed and recovered by the Company only if the trainee resigns or discontinues services before completing the stipulated two‑year period. Upon successful completion of two years of continuous service, the cheque will be returned to the candidate without encashment.
Growth Program
- During 1st year, you will be going through a structured training program.
- You will get exposure in QC/ QA/ Engineering/ Production function.
- You will be mentored by experienced professionals.
- You will get exposure to regulated pharma/manufacturing environments.
- Upon successful completion of the training period (will be determined through assessment), your designation will be upgraded to Officer / Executive and your annual CTC will be revised (as per our trainee policy) effective 2nd Year.
- 2nd year onwards you will be a part of the Company performance management system where your job role and KRA will be defined.
- CTC of Rs. 2,30,000 LPA to 2,75,000 LPA depends on qualification and as per our Trainee Policy.
- After completion of one year training, revised CTC of Rs. 2,75,000 LPA to 3,25,000 LPA depends on assessment and our trainee policy.
