Our model is to Plan Slow, Execute Fast—protecting margins and quality through clear process and strong leadership. As we scale toward $10M+ in annual volume, we’re looking for talented professionals who want to grow with us, shape the future of the company, and take real ownership of their role and results.

Monitor trade partner performance, labor efficiency, and scope execution to prevent rework and protect gross profit.

    • Maintain accurate daily logs, site photos, and documentation in Job Tread without exception.

    • Support the Project Director by providing accurate field updates for weekly client communication and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.

  • Verify material quantities and coordinate deliveries in collaboration with the Project Director, Designers, and/or office team.

Oversee storage, disposal, and trade partner access to maintain jobsite efficiency.

    • Quality & Compliance
      • Ensure all work complies with codes, plans, and specs.

      • Hold subcontractors accountable to quality and schedule expectations.

      • Support inspections and walkthroughs to ensure readiness.

      • Process & Improvement
        • Follow all SOPs for site management and documentation.

        • Contribute to post-project reviews with performance feedback.
