Job Overview
HHI Builders is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead the execution phase of our high-end residential construction and remodeling projects. In this vital role, you will ensure each jobsite runs smoothly-on time, within approved budget, and aligned with company gross profit targets while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. You'll coordinate with trade partners, enforce schedules, drive site cleanliness, and support a seamless client experience as a key member of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Jobsite Oversight
- Lead daily operations and supervise trade partners to enforce quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Execute the project schedule and logistics plan with precision.
- Post permits and request inspections through the Director of Construction.
- Complete milestone checklists for all phases of construction.
- Monitor trade partner performance, labor efficiency, and scope execution to prevent rework and protect gross profit.
- Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director to understand scope, budget, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, site photos, and documentation in Job Tread without exception.
- Support the Project Director by providing accurate field updates for weekly client communication and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Materials & Logistics
- Verify material quantities and coordinate deliveries in collaboration with the Project Director, Designers, and/or office team.
- Oversee storage, disposal, and trade partner access to maintain jobsite efficiency.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with codes, plans, and specs.
- Hold subcontractors accountable to quality and schedule expectations.
- Support inspections and walkthroughs to ensure readiness.
- Process & Improvement
- Follow all SOPs for site management and documentation.
- Contribute to post-project reviews with performance feedback.
- Uphold the values of ownership, craftsmanship, and accountability.
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction/remodeling experience.
- At least 2 years managing job sites independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or college coursework preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential remodeling, building codes, and inspections.
- Skilled in reading construction documents and using project management software (Job Tread preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and trade coordination skills.
